Two weeks of fitness training designed to give fall athletes a competitive edge over their competition by improving their strength and conditioning in preparation for their fall seasons.  Each hour session will consist of core fitness training, speed and agility workouts and foot speed training.

Dates: Aug 11th-22nd

Mon, Wed, Fri from 9:45am-11am

Location: Community Park (near playground)

Ages: 10 and over
